Women empowerment programme are conducted by PMSKS where women are encouraged for their capacity building. We gave them formation regarding various training programmes like making paper plates and bowls  (dona pattal), stitch-embroidery training, and making incense stick, etc.

 

In this women empowerment programme we guided them how to increase the self-reliance and autonomy by enhancing their productivity and enabling them to take up income generation activities, for this we also make them known that the facilities of credit support or micro-finance to poor women to start income generating activities are there in various Government schemes.

 

In this women empowerment programme about three hundred women participated and are benefited.
