Handicap assistance programme is another progrmme where the disabled persons are taken to the hospital for free health check-ups, this programme was held in July and August 2013.

 

 

This programme is basically to give mental support to the disabled persons.

 

 

PMSKS found that some disabled person those who are disabled by foot including children needs assistance and support, so we tried to help them by donating foot shoes, walking chair or walking stick which helped them to walk with less difficulties.

 

 

There are about 120 million people with disabilities in India. According to national statistics, more than 41.32% of disabled people in the country are physically disabled.
