“Donate Blood and Save Life” is the very famous phrase in medical field. PMSKS came forward to be a part of this noble cause. PMSKS invited people time to time to donate blood so that one precious life can be saved.

 

 

Despite being a country with a population of 1.2 billion, India faces a blood shortage of 3 million units. The problem can be addressed if an additional two percent of Indians donated blood, health experts say. According to a 2012 World Health Organisation (WHO) report, only nine million units are collected annually, while the need is for 12 million units.

 

 

Blood donation camp of PMSKS was so successful in the year 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15, even women didn’t stay behind they came forward to participate and donated their blood for needy people.
